Our history is one of constant evolution. CEO Focus, the organization that would eventually become CXO Accelerator, was formed in 2001. Rooted in the belief that business owners learn best from other business owners, CEO Focus started with a simple philosophy: the power of peer consulting and peer advisory groups. Over the years, we've grown to cater to over 50 cities in the United States, and nearly as many outside, meanwhile sharpening our focus and refining our values.
In our pursuit of tailoring our services to the specific needs of our clients, we felt our initial branding did not represent the full spectrum of our work. We recognized the need to focus on three essentials to achieving business results: Leadership, Business Strategy, and Talent Strategy. Hence, this led to the birth of CXO Accelerator.
